Henri Tykoezinski B.Sc.(Hons) M.Sc. - [Managing Director] 
Henri gained his masters degree in Palynology, at the University of Sheffield in 1981. He joined Paleoservices as a stratigraphic palynologist and, after working in NW Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, completed his career with the company as Regional Manager of Paleoservices China. Henri joined the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate in 1986 where he worked in a number of disciplines including exploration seismic interpretation. From 1991 Henri worked as a consultant stratigrapher including managing sequence stratigraphy projects for GAPS Scott Pickford and Statoil. Henri joined DataCo as a director in 2001.
Andrew Dyson B.Sc. (Hons) PGDCCI. - [Data Management Consultant] 
Andrew Graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Earth Sciences from Liverpool University in 1978. Following graduation, he began his working career as a computer programmer and analyst with a number of blue chip companies. Since 1987 he has worked in the upstream oil sector with Shell, ERC-Tigress and PGS. Andrew is DataCo's Technical Director. Married with four daughters, Andrew has a busy family life and enjoys travelling, walking and skiing.
Rob Hibbs, B.A. - [Data Management Consultant]
Rob has a B.A. degree from the Open University, having studied
Mathematics, Physics, and Earth Sciences. He has over 37 years
experience in the industry, the last 31 years with a major player in
the North Sea. He has extensive knowledge of the upstream business, and
has specialised in the system and data management of bespoke and third
party applications and databases. Rob is married with four children,
and enjoys gardening, DIY, photography, and getting out and about.
Jim Davies - [Senior Consultant]
Jim's early career involved posts of Statistician and Computer Programming with Aberdeen University, the Medical Research Council in Edinburgh and the Electricity Board in Glasgow before joining Shell in 1979. His 32 year career in Shell (primarily in Aberdeen and Shell International in Rijswijk) encompassed roles of DBA, data analysis, data modelling and integration, data solution architecture and he spent the last 6 years as Senior Project Manager for the implementation of a subsurface corporate data store in support of multiple business workflows Europe-wide. Jim is a family man, wife Marion, daughter Karen, son-in-law Andy and grandson Sebastian, and enjoys mountain climbing, Yoga and is a keen Aberdeen Football supporter.
Marc J Taylor B.Sc (Hons) - [Data Management Consultant] 
Marc graduated in 1994 with a B.Sc.(Hons) in Geology from The University of Edinburgh. He has more than 14 years of E&P data management experience, having spent 3 years working on data management & IT projects prior to joining Baker Atlas where he worked as a well log analyst and data management consultant. In 2001 Marc moved to Landmark providing service delivery management for the CDA Well DataStore in addition to project work for various UK operators, both large and small. Marc joined DataCo in 2007, and has been providing reservoir data management support for a Supermajor.
Marc leads a busy life and enjoys spending time with his children, travelling, hill walking, cycling and Mah Jong.
Andy Jones B.Sc. (Hons)
Andy graduated in 1980, from the University of Birmingham with a BSc Geological Sciences Honours. He then embarked on 11 years as a consultant wellsite geologist and mudlogger, working in remote areas of Africa and other exotic locations during exploration hydrocarbon drilling. Several years followed log processing and data management projects in the UK and Norway. In addition Andy qualified and practiced as a QHSE Advisor in two oilfield companies - a core skill that he now brings to DataCo, as well as his technical specializations. Andy is a year round road and off-road cyclist, relaxing after a period of marathon and mountain running.
Helen Leek - [Technical Services Development]
Helen took a degree with the Open University, specializing in geology and environmental sciences. With over 25 years in the industry, she has experience in both the oil company and service sectors, working largely in data management for: ECL/Intera (Manager of Geoscience Applications Group, G&G), British Gas Exploration and Production (Principal Computer Geologist and Manager of the Applications Support Group for G&G), IBM E&P Solutions (as PDS Development Manager), PGS Data Management (PetroBank Services Advisor), Landmark (Managing Consultant, Data Management). Helen enjoys gardening, entertaining friends and family, playing sport and participating in the running of the local tennis club.
Ian Slade B.Sc. (Hons) - [Geomatics Consultant] 
Ian has a B.Sc. in Maths from Sussex University and postgraduate
qualifications in Land Surveying and GIS. He has worked as a surveyor
in the UK and in South America on land seismic crews. The last 19 years
have been spent in Geomatics departments in Africa, South America and
Europe giving support to well and seismic data management teams.
Peter Sheil M.A. - [Senior Consultant]
Peter graduated with a B.A. (Hons) in Natural Sciences (Geology) from the University of Cambridge in 1980, converted to M.A. After graduation Peter joined ERICO, post a number of takeovers ultimately leaving the company as IHS in 1999. During this time developing in-depth international well data knowledge and data management skills; key author of PPDM’s core and test data model. Since 2000 Peter worked for a number of oil companies in diverse data and project management roles. Most recently spent six years with Petro-Canada appointed to the CDA’s technical advisory body and the DISKOS Management Committee. Peter joined DataCo in June 2010. Married with a daughter and son yet still finds time to run Richmond Film Society and watch rugby obsessively, either at the Stoop following Harlequins or freezing on many a home county’s touchlines watching his son play for Teddington.
John Lyth B.Sc. (Hons)
- [Manager - Logs and Petrophysical Data]
John graduated from Aberdeen University with a degree in petroleum geology in 1997. He started his career as a mudlogger, transferring to Baker Atlas in 2000 as a specialistlog data manager, and joined DataCo in 2002 where he has undertaken diverse data management and project management roles. In his spare time John enjoys gardening and is an outdoors enthusiast walking in the highlands of Scotland.
William Adam B.Sc. (Hons) Ph.D. FRGS - [Senior Data Manager]
William graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geography from the University of St Andrews in 2000 and went on to complete a Ph.D in Earth Sciences at Keele University in 2004. William then worked at The Aerial Reconnaissance Archives at Keele University as their G.I.S. Officer and Data Manager. He joined DataCo in 2006 to provide support as a Data Manager, GIS analyst and database administrator. He also maintains and updates the DataCo website. William enjoys mountaineering, snowboarding and travelling to new countries.
Christopher Reid 
Chris has over 15 years experience in well data management gained
working for various specialist data storage companies and also from
providing onsite support at numerous UK operators. Chris worked for
nearly 6 years at Landmark working on the CDA project helping to manage
one of the world's largest collections of digital well log data.
Through these roles Chris has gained extensive knowledge of all types
of well log data and has particular expertise in the QC and loading of
DWL data to many industry standard applications. Chris joined DataCo in
April 2007 primarily to provide Petrophysical support to a major
client. Chris is married and enjoys Films, Swimming, Football and
watching American Sports.
Garrick Fraser B.Sc. (Hons) - [Operations Manager] 
Garrick graduated from the University of St Andrews with a B.Sc. Honours in Geography followed by a Diploma in Information Technology. In 2002 he joined Lochalsh and Skye Housing Association as E-Business Development Officer where he instigated a number of successful projects to improve Information Management practices within the Business as well as providing technical expertise on the deployment of new software and hardware solutions. Prior to joining DataCo in January 2007, Garrick spent a year working for the School of Management at the University of Bath where he was responsible for developing the School's Website and Databases. In his spare time Garrick enjoys cycling and since joining DataCo in The Netherlands has taken up Gaelic Football and competes at amateur level on the European circuit.

Peter Fritz Wittich (National Technical Diploma, Switzerland) - [Geodetic Specialist]
One of the most experienced geodetic well co-ordinate specialists in
the business, Peter’s career in the hydrocarbon industry started
1965 with land-survey projects in Nigeria. From 1975 - 1984 he was
senior hydrographic surveyor for Shell in Brunei. Then until 1990, a
member of the topographical advisory team for worldwide surveying and
mapping projects, based in the head office in the Netherlands. After
this, Peter returned to Malaysia as Senior Hydrographic surveyor for
Sarawak Shell. From 1994 Peter
worked as an independent consultant in client representation / QC for
seabed surveys and navigation / positioning supervision for seismic
surveys, engineering projects and rig positioning. Clients included a
number of oil supermajors in the deepwater developments in Africa,
South East Asia and GOM. Most recently Peter has worked on large well
coordinate verification projects for several oil supermajors. Married
with two grown up daughters, Peter enjoys travelling, literature, canal
boating, and is chief editor of a Swiss boating magazine.
